1. Wake Up Early
There are multiple benefits of waking up early and one of them is that it can help you in having a great mood. Not only this, it could be very helpful in maintaining your focus and even in accelerating fat burning.
The body and brain have an amazing tuning when you wake up early. Ideally, waking up before the sun is the best way to start your day.
This would mean waking up around 5 or 6 am depending upon when the sun rises in your time zone.
If this feels too hard initially, I would suggest that you wake up around 8 or 7 am and then slowly start waking up even earlier.
When you wake up beyond 9 am, your body feels slothful and lazy. The mind is not energetic as well and this is something which is not good for your overall health.
Feeling sluggish in the morning is not the right way to get started and that’s why waking up early is the key.
You’ll be energetic, focused and your body will burn fat much easily when you are in tune with nature’s timing. You’ll also have lesser cravings and won’t eat junk food that leads to weight gain.
2. Drink Lukewarm Water
The body gets dehydrated when you sleep at night and that’s why the first thing you should drink is lukewarm water. Drinking warm water helps in boosting weight loss.
You can even drink it throughout the day to increase your fat burning.
If you mix lemon juice to lukewarm water, then it’s an excellent drink which could be helpful in burning body fat.
This healthy morning drink can help you in boosting your metabolism which is great when you are trying to lose weight.
Lemon water can also detox your body and flush the toxins that are present in your body. Make sure you drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon first thing in the morning as this is one of the best habits that boost weight loss.

3. Exercise is Your Best Friend
When trying to lose, you have to be more active so that your body can burn fat faster. This can happen when you exercise in the morning.
When you work out in the morning, your body becomes energetic and your metabolism is also boosted.
Another benefits of exercising in the morning is that you’ll start shedding fat from your body over time.
You don’t have to dedicate 1 hour of exercising. Initially you can get started with simple 5 or 10 minute workouts and then slowly you can increase your workout time.
Remember that you don’t have to exercise like professional body builders, you just need to exercise your body consistency and regularly. That’s’ how you get results, that’s how you lose weight.
Doing workouts early morning, before breakfast is better than doing it at other timings through the day. This is because your body will become active and stay active throughout the day.
You’ll not be lazy or sluggish due to this and feel good all the time.
Not just this, your body will gain energy directly from the fat stored in your body because you’ll be empty stomach. So if you exercise in morning, you’ll automatically burn fat.

4. Healthy Breakfast Is Must
After you exercise, your body needs healthy breakfast. You can go ahead with oatmeal, green tea, smoothies for breakfast when you are trying to lose weight.

Taking high protein breakfast helps in building muscles and burning fat which is the best way to lose weight and still remain healthy.
Healthy breakfast options will also stop cravings and even curb your appetite which in turn helps you in eating limited amounts of food.

After you take your breakfast, you should include green tea. You can even have it after 1 hour of having breakfast. Green tea is a wonderful drink which helps in boosting metabolism and weight loss.
It can make you feel full and stop cravings when used regularly.
It’s super healthy as it has anti- oxidants. You must include this in your list of habits to lose weight. You can also have green tea in the evening if you wish.
